Rework Slade's Phoenix Feather#142

The fact feather can pop and leave you in a situation like this should not happen. It should work something like Hero’s Zoom in Smash Ultimate maybe, where it pops you onto stage but at a random place. If Orcane puddle up b is allowed to be the way it is, why is Slade forced into abysmal situations like this?
