Potential Hyper Aggressive Swordfighter#145

Would it be possible to add a Hyper aggressive Swordfighter that plays like Roy from Smash Ultimate? Tbh, it could even be a remix fighter of Forsburn or Clairen. More so for Forsburn as he has a potential toolkit for it without the smoke mechanic he has going for him.
