Let Slade have an alternative input for zair#161

A core part of the game’s control system is having nair and neutral-b on aerial grab and aerial parry, which allows for full aerial drift with those options. It would be appreciated if slade was allowed to buy tether without completely losing out on this, especially when drift control on nair and neutral-b are vital for his gameplan.
