VSYNC toggle might be disconnected#187

TLDR; I think the VSync toggle isn’t connected to the GameUserSettings.ini File.

I noticed that the game was not running smoothly so then I started digging around in the files and I found the GameUserSettings.ini file here:
C:\Users[YOUR_PC_NAME]\AppData\Local\Rivals2\Saved\Config\Windows

I opened it up and saw that bUseVSync=True and I know that it should be off, so I set bUseVSync=False and I noticed that the in game ui toggle doesn’t change it when it does update other parts of the file. I also noticed it ran way smoother with it set to false. I think somewhere something got disconnected?
