Add tips to read while waiting in queue!#19

I thought about how Smash Ultimate has hundreds of tips it randomly cycles through while loading, and thought something similar could be a great addition to Rivals 2!

I think it’d be a great way to make queue times more bearable, while also explaining a lot of mechanics that might be difficult for newcomers to learn!

It could be a great way to teach players about the game’s mechanics without even requiring them to open a move list or a tutorial! A lot of Smash fans might be eager to get into a game right away, and this would be a way for them to learn without them ever having to spend time in Training!

It could also be a great way to introduce people to lore! There’s so much lore in this universe that’s never really explained in this game, just in other games. This would be a great way to show it off!
