Orcane isn’t allowed to tiltboost because?#31

I am once again asking we allow orcane to tiltboost, it seems so arbitrary that he be excluded from having a mechanical that is granted to like every other character with a standard 123 jab(see attached photo ty weaselsnore). Beyond it being weird, orcane’s identity has always been being slippery and tricky and I think it is incredibly in like with his design!
