game dropping to extremely low frame rates during matches#41

since the new patch, i’ve had the game drop to as low to 2fps and stay there for as long as 20 seconds in both online and offline games. this is pretty annoying as i never had any frame rate issues before this week as well. this also only happens when im on directx12, directx11 hasnt been problematic for me thus far.
