Game resolution not working as expected#6

1 - The resolutions in the most recent update are not being applied

2 - At low resolutions (1024x768), game elements are off-screen

Same, I have a Windowed 2133x1199 resolution window, and on game launch it launches as 1280x720 window, I need to go to Settings -> Graphics and click Apply to restore my resolution.
